At Jennifer Miller Jewelry, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if you are not, we offer returns or exchanges on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. All returned pieces must be in their original, unworn condition and accompanied by the original packaging and sales receipt.

Return Process

  Contact our client services team or visit our online returns portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within the 14-day eligibility window.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place your jewelry in its original designer box and secure it inside a sturdy shipping carton, ensuring all original tags and documentation are included.

  Ship with Insurance

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label or use a trackable, insured carrier of your choice to send the package back to our flagship distribution center.

• 4.
  Quality Review & Refund

  Once our master jewelers inspect the item for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue a store credit within 7-10 business days.
